You can easily book your taxi through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp at +92 304 0558000.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message from our team.
All fares are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable taxes and service charges.
Currently, we accept cash payments directly to the driver for your convenience and trust. Online payments will be available soon, Insha’Allah.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change during high-demand periods, including 5 days before and after Ramadan.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If your flight or travel plans change, please inform us promptly to reschedule your pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen events such as:
Vehicle breakdowns
Driver illness
Extreme weather or safety concerns
In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternate vehicle or reschedule your trip at no extra cost.
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all customers:
Please be ready at your pickup location on time.
Passengers must wear seatbelts during the journey as per Saudi road safety laws.
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
Please treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused by negligence may result in additional fees.
Customers must comply with local laws and Islamic etiquette during travel.
