We currently serve Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Taif, including Ziyarah tours to nearby holy sites.

2. Can I book a taxi in advance?

Yes, you can easily book in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp for a hassle-free experience.

3. Do you offer airport pickup and drop services?

Absolutely! We provide 24/7 airport transfers from Jeddah Airport to Makkah or Madinah and vice versa.

Payment & Pricing

1. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash payments to the driver upon trip completion for your trust and convenience.

2. Do you accept online or card payments?

Not yet — we are working on adding secure online payment options soon, Insha’Allah.

3. Are there any hidden charges?

No, our prices are clear and final — what you see on the website is what you pay.

4. Are prices the same during Ramadan?

Please note that regular prices don’t apply 5 days before, during, and 5 days after Ramadan due to high demand.

Services & Vehicles

1. What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a range of clean, air-conditioned vehicles including Toyota Camry, Hyundai H1, HiAce, GMC Yukon, Sonata, and Coaster.

2. Do you provide Ziyarah trips?

Yes, we provide Ziyarah tours in Makkah and Madinah, visiting historical and sacred sites.

3. Can I book a private taxi?

Of course! All our rides are private, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your journey.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

1. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel anytime by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or phone.

2. Is there a cancellation fee?

No fee applies if canceled at least 24 hours before pickup time. Late cancellations may incur a small charge.

3. What if my flight is delayed?

No problem! Inform us of your new arrival time, and we’ll reschedule your pickup accordingly.

1. How can I book a taxi for Umrah or Hajj?

You can book a taxi online, by phone, or via WhatsApp—whichever is most convenient for you.

2. Can I customize my planned route or request specific stops during my journey?

We offer flexible services tailored to your needs. So, you can customize your planned route, including requesting specific stops at various religious sites or landmarks. Please, inform us of your requirements when booking so we can accommodate your requests.

3. Are the cars with child seats available for rent through the website?
